The B.M.I. (Body Mass Index) is useful as an approximate measure of a person’s thinness or fatness. It should not be taken as an absolute indicator of health since B.M.I. is calculated using only a person’s height and weight; it ignores other factors, but remains a very good guiding tool.

Instructions:

Step 1: Choose either the Metric or the Imperial calculator.

Step 2: Insert your weight.

Step 3: Insert your height.

Step 4: Click calculate
