When you saw the topic, you must have thought "its too good to be true". Well, you are right, there is a catch to it, but I've seen it done right before my eyes and I know it works.
So what is this?
It's the shortest program you've ever seen and it goes like this:
Do sports 4-5 times per week, 2 hours per session and you can even get away (maintain weight) with eating all kinds of junk food. If you eat normal food - you lose weight.
Its not just anything though. It has to be active, so something like a beginners level of Aikido or casual tennis will not work.
Here, we're talking more about active basketball, football or anything else where you are literally active and in movement most of the time.
And that's it, that's all there is to it.
