FAST WEIGHT LOSS - The Healthy Way

There are two ways to achieve fast weight loss results.

One way is to use intervention into the body. This can be either chemical, through pills and other such substances or this can be physical, such as through a weight loss surgery, weight loss camps, weight loss clinics as well as other frowned upon and most importantly unhealthy methods.

Needless to say I do not recommend that way and I advice you to take the healthy option and achieve fast weight loss. For fast results, i.e. for a quick weight loss, fat burning or whatever you would like to call it, all that is needed is to understand some basic things.

1. For a fast and healthy weight loss plan one must always include frequent meals. This means eating every 3-4 hours, however, small portions, maximum of 200-300 kcal. This gives about 5 meals a day, which would add up to about 1250 kcal energy consumption. Mind you, for a fast diet plan, only healthy foods, nothing processed.

Why?
Because our body requests energy about every 3-4 hours and if we do not give it then it will slow down the metabolism and we will burn less fat. Therefore, our healthy weight loss plan is built in such a way that the metabolism remains high at all times.

2. In order to give an extra kick to this fast weight loss plan we add activity. Now what is important to understand is that all that is required is that there is a continuous movement on your part for at least 1 hour where your heart rate goes up to the level of “it is hard to talk, but I still can”. Therefore, you can do absolutely any activity you like as long as you abide by our fast weight loss rule. Examples include jump rope, rolling, up and down the stairs, walking, jogging, etc.

Why minimum 1 hour?
Because our body starts burning fat only after about 45 minutes of exercise. Before that you are warming up and using up the carbohydrates. Also, for this fast weight loss you should not go above the heart rate level I described, because then you will go into developing your fitness level and not fat burning which occurs at low intensity activity.

So, an hour of low-moderate intensity activity within our fast and healthy weight loss plan will burn about 500 kcal.

Therefore, we consume about 1250 kcal of healthy food and burn 500 kcal through activity. If this is done on daily basis you will very quickly see your fast weight loss. Good luck!
