Q: I WANT TO LOSE FAT FAST. HOW?

I'll be honest. It is impossible to lose fat fast (without consequences). If you do anything radical to your body, then your body will respond to you in a radical way (quick fat gain, illness, etc) which you really do not want. That's creating problems for yourself.

The only thing that I know for extreme fat loss are juice and water fasts. Both of these are very dangerous for someone who does not know how to make the preparation days, the fasting itself and then the recovery. If you are really curious and want to go down this road, read at least 100 pages from at least 10 different sources about it and do it only when you know what i mentioned and also once you understand all the 4 phases the body goes through.

Otherwise, the only proper way is to slowly but consistently change your lifestyle to lose the fat. Changes do not have to be huge, but many little steps.

Control your eating because when you are bored you go check the fridge all the time. Find yourself things to do, hobbies, something on internet, games, books, whatever but not eating all the time.

Millions of exercises you can do at home. Fix an hour a day and do pushups, crunches, etc. Get a cheap jump rope and jump. Get DDR and dance. Put on music that you like and MOVE (dance, karate, jump, roll). Do the hour of whatever movement almost non stop at the rate of "talking requires some effort" otherwise known as ~60% of your maximum heart rate.

People start doing exercises few times per week depending on their unique conditions. They also replace some of their more fatty food habits with more healthier alternatives which they also like. For example switching from white bread to whole grain bread is absolutely no problem for many people. I actually prefer whole grain, I think it tastes better. Other simple things include switching from any chicken part to just chicken breast and replacing the fries in the dinner with vegetables that you like. And surely the easiest is to switch from regular soda to diet / light versions.

Possibilities are endless. Only you know what you like to eat and do, so make the correct decisions and be strong in your mind.

If you do want to lose weight and have a healthier body aim/expect for 1-2 kg or 4-6 lbs per week.
