Understand this forever: you can not lose fat only in a specific part of the body. That's a fact, so no discussion *smile*

Now, roughly speaking fat is going proportionally equally from all body fat storage. As a general rule the stomach area for guys has the highest fat storage capacity (bottom for women).

Everywhere around your body is fat, but when you lose it, say you lose 5 kilos, then these 5 kilos are proportionally taken from all the places so the body is changing uniformly. Otherwise do you even imagine the different body shapes people would have?

So just work out, be active, MOVE, and your stomach fat will decrease.

And when you work out, each time you work out your heart beat should go up (60% of max). You don't have to buy anything really to check what level you are at. You just need to be as much as possible in the area where talking requires some effort.

So... you can not do the same things every day and expect results. Example: you can not run the same 3 miles every day and then be irritated why little changes. Your body gets used to it and you get stronger, so you always always have to improve and increase difficulty.
